ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

• Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
• Original packaging must be included

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

• Worn or damaged shoes
• Items marked as final sale
• Products returned without original packaging

EXCHANGES

We offer exchanges for:

• Size
• Heel height
• Same model (subject to availability)

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives defective.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
